Thank you for your interest in taking part in the Lancaster Chinese New Year Festival Markets.
We are looking for stalls offering an exciting range of products, services and food to welcome visitors to the festival. The stalls will be right in the centre of the action along parade routes, and stages hosting performances – a great opportunity to trade or promote your business.

Lancaster Chinese New Year Carnival Street Markets Map (TBC)
You must have:
- Public Liability for a minimum of £5million; and
- Required licenses that cover the products or services you are supplying to the public e.g. food hygiene certification.
- We do not provide any equipment such as shelter, tables or chairs.
- Access to electricity and water is subject to planning permission and logistical considerations. We advise all stalls to be self-sufficient were possible.
Fees
Pitches start from £TBC with various sizes available from small mobile units to trailers.
If you are trading with a Pedlar’s certificate and do not require a static location, please contact us in advance to let us ensure you are accommodated in the event’s planning.
