The Hua Xian Chinese Society celebrates Chinese New Year in 2012 in style at Lancaster’s Town Hall.
Chinese artist Ed Pien arrives at the Storey Gallery as part of the Lancaster Chinese New Year Festival.
His work ‘Memento’ explores the issue of migrant workers in an incredible walkthrough installation art piece that will be based in the Storey Gallery hall throughout the Festival starting on the 5th February.
The work was commissioned by the Chinse Arts Centre as part of its residency program and brought to Lancaster by the Hua Xian Chinese Society and the Storey Gallery.

The Hua Xian Chinese Society in partnership with Dukes Theatre will be bringing the beautiful tradition of Cantonese Opera to Lancaster.
